Background of  the project

EU's long-term strategy for 2023 and 2030, environment and climate changes are directly related to humans’ quality of life.

All countries should pay special attention to the five sectors based on Green and Renewable Economy in the Field of Environmental Literacy.

management,

 

Our aim is to raise green-thinking generations in our countries and to create awareness in the field of climate-environmental literacy.

Objectives:

For youth;

1- To increase the capacity of environmental literacy,

2- By developing strategies about green economy sectors and employment opportunities, enable them to become entrepreneurs,

 3- To create opportunities for them to acquire and use integrated, basic, digital and language skills in their development.

4- To ensure active participation in political decision-making processes by strengthening critical thinking and creativity

For staff;

 1- Learning information, experience and strategies about the project topic.

2-EU awareness, cultural interaction

3-Increasing language proficiency and entrepreneurship

 

For the institutions;

1-To improve the educational results of young people at risk of failure due to lack of skills, trust and commitment

2-Adopting best practices to make the institutions (subject / private / NGO) green perspective more effective

3- To be model institutions on environment and climate 4-Transnational cooperation

 

Outputs

-the green entrepreneurship and environmental literacy handbooks will be published on website and Moodle

-project website (www.E-GREENWORLD.eu / or org.net.com)

- "Green Thinking Center"

With the "Green Thinking Center", which will bring together education staff / experts / academicians, young and non-governmental organizations and business owners, we will invest in humanity for a sustainable world / economy and long-lasting sustainability that new generations will benefit from.

Project Activities

Short-term LTT activities have been planned for the staff and youth groups of institutions with our project;

C1: Green entrepreneurship - (Staff) / Germany

C2: Green entrepreneurship Idea contest and events- (Youth) / Romania

C3: Literacy of Environment- (staff) / Turkey

C4: Awareness of climate change STUDIES (Youth) / Germany

C5: Youths' context studies with short films that about environement and climate / Portugal

 At the end of each LTT activity, it will be supported by local activities and studies. At the same time, local activities will be preliminary and complementary to develop activities in the following months.
